Xalq Bank took part in a tree planting campaign

On April 24, Xalq Bank employees took part in очередной tree-planting campaign organized in the Mushfigabad settlement.

The event was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and was implemented based on the Memorandum of Understanding signed on March 13, 2023, between the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Azerbaijan Banks Association, the Azerbaijan Insurers Association, the Azerbaijan Microfinance Association, the Azerbaijan Capital Markets Association, and the Azerbaijan Fintech Association. Within the framework of the project, starting from 2023, it is planned to plant 100,000 trees annually over a period of 10 years, totaling 1 million trees.

Participation in this campaign is an integral part of Xalq Bank’s ongoing activities aimed at maintaining ecological balance, protecting the environment, and supporting sustainable development.
