Card type: Visa Platinum

Use of cashback amount: 2%. Cash accrued during the current month is credited to the client's card account on the last working day of the same month. The minimum monthly cashback amount is 3 AZN, the maximum monthly cashback amount is 300 AZN. Each non-cash transaction carried out in non-partner trade and service enterprises of the bank brings a maximum of 2% of the amount, but in each case a maximum of 30 AZN per month for non-cash transactions carried out under the same type of MCC code Group.

Calculation of interest on the balance: 5% per annum. Interest is accrued daily and credited to the card balance on the last working day of the current month. The minimum amount of interest-bearing daily balance of the card is 100 AZN, the maximum amount is 2000 AZN.

Cashing: cashing up to 1 000 AZN per month on each card from Xalq Bank'S ATMs and POS-terminals is free of commission. For higher amounts, a commission is calculated based on the Bank's standard tariffs.

Card to Card: 5 000 AZN per month via XalqOnline for payment cards belonging to domestic banks.till Card to Card is free. 0.5% for all amounts above and over other channels, min. 0.20 AZN Commission is calculated.

Receipt to the card: you can replenish the balance from the bank's branches, cash in ATMs and payment terminals.

Earning cashback in the partner network: it is possible to earn cashback up to 40% if payment is made through Xalq Bank POS terminals at partner trade and service points of the Bank.

VISA Concierge service

To use the service for free, you must make a contactless payment of 500 AZN with your Visa Platinum card via smartphone or smartwatch within 35 days. (payments from the last 5 days are not taken into account)

Visa Platinum cardholders can use the service twice a year. The service is ordered via the Visa Concierge chatbot:

In the chatbot, go to the “Order a service” section in the “Airport transfer” menu; Read and accept the rules; Enter the flight number, date, number of people, number of luggage, your name, surname and contact number; Receive a notification about the confirmation of the order.

Xalq Bank Visa Platinum cardholders can use the free transfer service upon departure/arrival at airports in Azerbaijan, Turkey and the UAE.

In order to use the service, please open Visa Concierge chatbot, navigate to Visa Travel menu and touch the Fast Track International button. Then select the airport, fill in the necessary information and upload the PDF file with QR code required for Fast Track service.
