This service allows the Visa Infinite cardholders to use very comfortable halls in the most airports around the world. Program provides the customer with comfortable and convenient room, irrespective of the airline and travel class. For Visa Infinite cardholders possibility to 6 times free use of Lounge Key services a year. Lounge Key is 32 USD per service when the free pass limit is exceeded.

To use free access to Lounge Key at business lounges, you have to pay with your Visa İnfinite card up to 100 AZN contactless using a smartphone or smart watch for during 35 days before. (Transactions made in last 5 days are not considered)

Fast Track Service

Save your time and money and pass the airport check-in process with a Visa Infinite card. Service is available at the following airports:

Istanbul (IST); Larnaca (LCA), Milan-Malpensa (MXP), Milan-Bergamo (BGY), Rome-Fiumicino (FCO), Rome-Ciampino (CIA), Barcelona (BCN), Gran Canaria (LPA), Palma (PMI), Alikante (ALC), Valencia (VLC), Malaga (AGP), Catania (CTA), Neapol (NAP), Berlin (BER), Frankfurt (FRA), Tbilisi (TBS), Skopje (SKP)

In order to use the service, please open Visa Concierge chatbot, navigate to Visa Travel menu and touch the Fast Track International button. Then select the airport, fill in the necessary information and upload the PDF file with QR code required for Fast Track service.

For free service you have to pay with your Visa İnfinite card up to 100 AZN contactless using a smartphone or smart watch for during 35 days before. (Transactions made in last 5 days are not considered)

Visa Infinite cardholders can use the service 6 times a year.

2 GB free internet Azercell roaming

Take advantage of Xalq Bank Visa Infinite card with free access to the Airport Baku Premium Lounge located at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport 6 times a year.

Free transfer service

Holders of Xalq Bank's Visa Infinite card will be able to use free transfer service within Baku and Absheron Peninsula upon departure/arrival at Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD). Booking of the service is carried out through the Visa Concierge Chat-Bot. To use the service:

Be sure to register on the Visa Concierge Chat Bot;
In the ”airport transfer“ menu, select ”order Service ";
Accept the rules;
Indicate flight number, date, number of persons and baggages, Your Name, Surname and contact number;
Receive notification of the order confirmation.

Visa Infinite card holders can use this service 6 times a year. The offer is valid until September 30, 2024.

"Transfer in Turkey" service

Xalq Bank Visa Infinite cardholders can use the free transfer service during departure/arrival to Istanbul's Yeni Istanbul (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), as well as Adnan Menderes, Antalya, Milas-Bodrum, Gazipasa-Alanya airports until August 31. The order of the service is made through the Visa Concierge chat-bot.

Go to the "Order service" section in the "Airport transfer" menu in the chat-bot;
Read and accept the rules;
Enter the flight number, date, number of persons, number of luggage, your name, surname and contact number;
Receive order confirmation notification.

Visa Infinite cardholders can use this service 6 times a year. Offer valid until October 30, 2024.

To use this service for free, you need to make a contactless payment of AZN 100 via smartphone or smart watch with your Visa Infinite card within 35 days. (the settlements of the last 5 days are not taken into account)

International Travel Insurance

Travel insurance service is provided to Visa Infinite cardholder and family members accompanying him/her during the travel by the insurance company licensed for Visa Infinite Benefits Program. With a Visa Infinite card the maximum amount that you can receive for insured event is 2.5 million USD.

Free vitamin D (25-OH Vitamin D) analysis

VISA Infinite holders can take advantage of free laboratory services for vitamin D (25-OH Vitamin D) analysis 6 times a year in Baku, ganja and Sumgayit.

To take advantage of the offer:

Link to the secured family button in the Visa Concierge Chat-Bot;
Inform the concierge service that you would like to use the vitamin D verification service;
Provide the required information: your actual address of residence in Azerbaijan, your contact details, as well as the date and time you want to give an analysis;
Do not take food for 8 hours before taking the test to get accurate results;
The result will be sent to you by e-mail within 24 hours.
